Walking is the way to combine health, productivity and fun during your day at VU. Get away from your screen, get some fresh air, recharge your batteries and catch up with colleagues and fellow students. Because a short walk does wonders for your focus, creativity and mood.
Program
- 12:45 - Gather at the Student Wellbeing Point (SWP).
- 12:55 - Start of a walk (max. 30 minutes)
- ±13.25 - Back at the SWP for coffee or tea and a delicious banana sandwich
Whether you come for the exercise, the fun or the banana bread: you are most welcome. Bring your colleagues and college friends - together is more fun!
