Supervising PhD candidates on a daily basis is a task that many scientists perform alongside their research and teaching activities. Every PhD candidate is different and therefore requires its own coaching strategy. In this training course, you develop coaching skills that help your PhD candidate solve problems independently in a pleasant atmosphere, while at the same time focusing and communicating sufficiently so that your PhD candidate completes the PhD within the time allowed.
This training is for supervisors of PhD candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience.
