Relocation cases after divorce: are we looking at the right factors?
When parents disagree about moving with their child after a divorce, a court can decide on the matter. These cases, known in family law as relocation cases, are among the most complex and emotionally charged procedures. The starting point is that the child’s best interests should be central, but what this actually entails is not always clear.
