The exhibition will be introduced by Jasmijn T.E. Mol, who will read from her essay The Freedom of Myth, the accompanying text to Realms of Reality. The exhibition will then open with a guided meditation led by Vincent Vegt of NEWConnective, which will stimulate the senses.
Realms of Reality asks whether more holistic forms of belief are possible. Can we find radical forms of faith that contribute to caring for each other and for our planet?
In this exhibition and a public program, scientists and artists explore how different belief systems – ancient, conflicting or emerging – shape the way we see and understand the world. They open doors to multiple realms, each offering different paths toward what we call reality or truth. Featuring works by Suzanne Plomp, Marcos Kueh & Ritvik Khushu, Simone Albers, and Fiona Lutjenhuis, the exhibition invites us to step into shifting realms of reality.
