VU Centre for Teaching & Learning and VU AI Competence Network are organizing a new edition of AI at VU – Show & Share. This event brings education, research and practice together, giving you a clear picture of how AI is developing across our university.
You can explore AI literacy and didactic approaches that help students use AI critically and responsibly. There will be both technical and didactic demonstrations and at the marketplace, suppliers will showcase the online tools and applications they are currently developing. There will also be dedicated attention to genAI in research.
For members of Examination Boards and programme directors, a special session is organized to discuss the latest developments in generative AI within curricula and assessment.
In short: a practical and informative day that helps you understand what’s happening at VU Amsterdam, and how you can apply these insights directly in your own teaching or work.
Throughout the day, you can choose freely which parallel sessions to attend. You are also welcome to visit the marketplace at any time to explore ongoing developments by suppliers of online educational tools. Visiting only the marketplace is also possible.
