Within the Digital Impressions project, ancient clay tablets from the heritage collection were digitized and turned into 3D-print replicas, with the aim of making education tangible and interactive. Complementary, we’ve developed educational resources on the art of teaching with objects. Both these clay tablets and resources are shared on edusources, openly available for everyone
At the event, you will gain insight into the project through short lectures: from the digitization process to using the digitized clay tablets in the classroom. And don’t forget to take a look at the mini-exhibition! We'll close the afternoon with drinks, where there will be room to chat and exchange ideas with colleagues and stakeholders.
Come along, get inspired, and discover how (digital) heritage makes new forms of education possible!
