So concerned was David with the stories he was hearing from leaders and managers about their inability to thrive in the 21st Century that he authored the award-winning book, Confronting the Storm. David argues that traditional leadership wisdom is buckling and failing in response to the increasing turmoil, shock, and crises now faced. Instead, a more collaborative style of leadership is now necessary if we are to truly enhance lives, livelihoods, and the planet.
He has over thirty years of experience with degrees in science, engineering, business administration and undertaken postgraduate studies in foresight, conflict transformation, and leadership. David is also a Fellow of both the prestigious Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce as well as the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
