The goal of the event is to come together to collaboratively design and deliver engaging courses, and to get joint education initiatives such as regular campus-based courses, Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), and other formats up and running. The gathering is also an opportunity to connect with like-minded colleagues, commit to contributing through organising courses, offering guest lectures, or other forms of involvement, and explore new directions for your research.
This event builds on the work already done in the Aurora Hubs and Work Package 8 and is directly linked to the groundwork laid during the Aurora BIP Workshop (Tarragona, March 2025) and the Aurora Annual Conference in Paris, held on 20–22 May 2025. All Aurora universities are involved in this event.
Funding
Getting to Amsterdam and staying there requires funds. For all Aurora partners, several seats are reserved for this purpose at your local institution. So, please contact your Aurora Institutional Coordinator (IC) to learn if these funds are not yet depleted and apply for them!
