For this Anthrocine screening we have joined forces with the Myanmar Quests for Social Justice conference, held at various locations in the Netherlands between the 5th and 7th of June.
For this occasion, we will screen three documentaries that offer a glimpse into the lifeworlds of Myanmar, followed by a discussion between Zack Tu Nan Zing Hang, Film school student and director of “A quest for Peace” and Maaike Matelski, Myanmar expert at the VU and co-producer of documentaries on young Shan migrants in Thailand.
