Open Science brings big changes in the existing academic system, including new approaches to recognition and rewards of researchers. These approaches need to be supported by new types of structured information about scholarly activities and outputs and new strategies for using and analyzing this information. How do we make sure that data sharing, data privacy, data preservation, open methods, and reproducible and transparent research are endorsed by funders, publishers, institutions, and learned societies? What do the current practice and the future look like?
