During this third Mindful Meetup, we will come together to discuss perfectionism and self-compassion, this time in the form of a sharing circle. A sharing circle is a judgment-free space where participants can share their thoughts and learn from each other’s experiences. If you’re ready for some self-reflection after the exam week, you’re welcome in the Mindful Library!
