In sound healing, the power of sound and its vibrations are used to improve mental and physical well-being. With the use of singing bowls, you are invited to enter a meditative state.
Sound healing is an excellent introduction to meditation because it doesn’t require special techniques to quiet your mind. The sound vibrations help you surrender to the experience, making it easier to relax. No prior meditation experience is needed, but experienced meditators are also more than welcome!
No need to bring a mat—we’ll provide one. Just wear comfortable clothes that allow for slight movement and bring an extra sweater to stay warm while lying down.
A bit about our guide: Laosie recently graduated with a Master’s in Engineering. Though her studies were rewarding, she realized she never took the time to check in with herself and often felt stressed. Since graduating, she has delved into yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. Her mission now is to make these techniques accessible tools for personal growth for a wider audience.
Whereas sound healing can usually be quite pricey, this event is completely free for students!
