The theme of the meetup is “sustainably digital” and embraces a broad range of topics, disciplines, sectors and applications that involve digitalisation, sustainability, and the role of society, companies, public organizations, and individuals.
Are you looking for new collaborators to start a new project? Or you’d like to connect with an interesting company? With this we invite you to propose a pitch (see details below). As we have a limited number of slots, we must apply a lightweight selection process to ensure a balanced program.

25 March 2024 Interested students and researchers submit via this Google form a short description of the project and the pitch (NOTE: it does not have to be the final version to be presented but rather a proposal).
26 March 2024 All students and researchers are notified if they are selected.
3 April 2024 The selected students and researchers submit their pitch/poster (see instructions below).
