How to study effectively in the age of distractions 18 April 2024 15:30 - 17:00

Share
We are interrupted more often than ever. This makes it harder to absorb, process and remember information. In this interactive session you will discover how your brain works and how to get a grip on distractions. This makes you more resistant to stress and allows you to study more effectively. It is a very practical training.

Follow the mini training and discover:

- What are the 4 concentration leaks?
- Useful routines for studying
- How to read and remember texts faster
- How to stop your head at the end of the day

The training is given by Mark Tigchelaar. Mark studied neuropsychology and coaches knowledge workers, students and top athletes to improve their performance. He wrote six books on how to get more out of our brains, which have been translated into four languages. He has given several TEDx Talks about the workings of the brain and more than 100,000 people worldwide have followed his focus training.

All welcome without registration!
