Then the SDB programme may be a great opportunity for you. With this program you will obtain the Senior Qualification in Didactic Skills (SDB) and be demonstrably competent in leading educational innovation at curriculum level.
Working together on educational development
During this training you will work together with other experienced colleagues from institutes for higher professional education from all over the country to develop and improve education. You will be given tools to lead this development both educationally and process-wise. As a result, you will learn to translate a broader ambition into concrete improvement plans, substantiate these with educational knowledge, and develop the leadership qualities needed to innovate effectively and sustainably. The SDB is aimed at supporting your personal innovation project through a varied program of plenary course days, on-site workshops, personal coaching, peer supervision and peer group assignments.
For whom
This training is intended for experienced lecturers at universities of applied sciences (in possession of a BDB qualification), who are engaged in innovation and would like to play a pioneering role. Who want to build bridges between educational vision and implementation in education.
Planning
The programme starts annually in September.
