Course objectives
During this course you will learn how you write a good Data Management Plan (DMP), in which you discuss:
- which laws and codes of conduct your research should comply with
- where you are going to store your data
- where you are going to archive them for the long term
- how you can make them fair (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable)
The course is mandatory for (first-year) GSSS PhD candidates.

The course is also open to non-GSSS participants, given there is space (you will be put on a waiting list until the registration deadline). Free of charge for VU, AISSR, and ZU PhD candidates. A fee of €250 applies to other PhD candidates.
