Financial information systems are part of a company’s infrastructure. A
thoroughly understanding of the context in which companies operate is
required to be able to design effective information systems. Completing
this minor will allow students to understand the effects of integrating
traditional bookkeeping with modern IT systems, the legal and societal
role of good Corporate Governance as well as the importance of
organizational behavior and decision making.
