A new edition of this inspiring programme for teachers who want to grow in educational leadership and curriculum development will start on 22 January 2026.
What does the programme entail?
Over nine months, you will work on your own educational innovation project, supported by:
- A learning community of like-minded people
- Six training courses on educational leadership
- Peer consultation
- Individual coaching
You go through four phases: exploration, commitment, design and realisation. Each phase offers concrete assignments, moments of reflection and guidance to bring your leadership qualities and project to fruition.
For whom
The programme is intended for junior lecturers and D4 lecturers (possibly D3) working at VU with a completed UTQ. We ask for commitment, attendance at all sessions and above all: a drive to learn and lead.
