During the event, participants took part in a World Café where crucial topics such as technology-use and inclusion were explored in order to create a comprehensive curriculum. The first keynote lecture for the occasion was provided by Kees Klomp, Professor of Applied Science at Rotterdam University of Applied Science. Kees spoke about "Betekeniseconomie Systeemverandering van het businessonderwijs" in which he emphasized passion, ideals, potential, and personality that serve as a compelling call to action for people to become change agents. The second speaker, CTL Director, Janneke Waelen, articulated the importance of building connections between disciplines and between people. She underlined the relevance of belonging and explained how it serves as a foundation and building block for instructional design.
