On 1 January 2022, Ben Crum will be succeeded as Director of the School of Governance by Theo Schuyt.
Theo is well-known to the VU, as he is the founder of the VU-study “Giving in the Netherlands” and the Center for Philanthropic Studies. He is highly experienced in post-graduation education and brings an entrepreneurial mindset that will be very valuable for the next step of the School of Governance, aligning the ambitions to actualize the curriculum and to expand the reach of the School.
