On March 8th, we had an in-person ABRI/ KIN research seminar for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic. In the seminar, dr. Elena Dalpiaz (Imperial College London, UK) presented her study on how organizations reconstruct their identity when the employees hold contradictory interpretations of the organizational past. Another speaker, dr. Llewellyn D.W. Thomas (IESE, Spain) introduced the study on platform externalities, where together with his co-authors, they explored the drivers of positive and negative platform externalities. We are ecstatic to begin our on-campus events and happy to have kicked off the in-person ABRI research seminars again with the exciting topics and great scholars!
