Recruiters are increasingly using digital interviews to screen candidates. The corona crisis has accelerated this trend. Unfortunately, candidates do not always respond positively to this development. These negative reactions can partly be prevented by letting candidates practice. The Vrije Universiteit has therefore developed a tool with which candidates can become acquainted with digital interviews and with algorithms – based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) – that score their answers. This English-language tool consists of six interview questions, followed by a personality questionnaire.
