Onboarding activities & a welcome party for all 2nd year students

Are you eager to get to know VU Amsterdam, your faculty and your fellow students in person? After last year’s online setting, we would like to offer all second year students the opportunity to bond with the university and most importantly each other, by bringing them some of that Intro energy theyhad to miss out on last year.

Party at Thuishaven: Happy Landing
Celebrate the start of your second year together with your fellow students at the Thuishaven grounds on 30 september. There will be an info market with interesting student organizations, a chance to get to know each other better with some sporty and fun activities and a great line-up of DJ’s. A ticket for this event only costs 7,50 euros including a token for your first drink.

There is room for a maximum number of visitors, so buy your ticket right away. We will place information about the programme in the event calendar on your personal dashboard in the near future. Here you will also find everything about the access measures in relation to corona.

Other onboarding activities
Over the coming weeks, many study associations are hosting onboarding activities especially for you, in cooperation with the faculty boards. A great way to get to know VU Amsterdam and your fellow students. Check out your study association to see what’s going on.
