on. We discuss performance without a rating system and explore how yo
ur employee's talent can be better utilized.

This training is for employees of VU Amsterdam who move on to a manag
erial position, and for more experienced supervisors who are new to V
U Amsterdam and are not yet familiar with VU Amsterdam's annual consu
ltation format.
Practical information
The t
raining has room for a maximum of 8 participants. The training consis
ts of 2 half-day sessions. Before the start of the training you will
receive information about the annual appraisal cycle of VU Amsterdam.
