  organising a series of online workshops on different aspects of Open
  Science to explore these questions and support researchers and resea
 rch support staff in putting Open Science into practice. This session
  will be delivered by OpenAIRE, an Open Science infrastructure and se
 rvice provider.</p> <p>Open Science is increasingly shaping the way r
 esearch is conducted, shared, and assessed. Funders, publishers, and 
 institutions are encouraging researchers to make their work more open
 , transparent, and reusable. But what does this mean in practice, and
  how can researchers benefit from it in their everyday work?</p><p>In
  this workshop, participants will be introduced to the Aurora researc
 h portal, developed with OpenAIRE CONNECT, and discover how it can su
 pport research visibility, discovery, and collaboration across the Au
 rora alliance. The session will showcase how to explore research outp
 uts, navigate institutional and thematic collections, identify expert
 ise across partner universities, and better understand how research c
 an be made more visible and connected within an open scholarly ecosys

 re research across the alliance and enhance opportunities for collabo
