The new ERC Plus (ERC+) scheme offers researchers the opportuni ty to build on existing excellence and take their ERC-funded research to the next level, strengthening impact, expanding scope, and advanc ing long-term scientific vision. The ERC Synergy Grant (SyG) supports ambitious , curiosity-driven projects in which two to four Principal Investigat ors join forces to tackle complex scientific challenges that are simp ly too large or interdisciplinary for a single researcher to address alone.
