 arch is about how organizations can innovate more sustainably in a te
 chnologically rapidly changing world. More and more companies are fac
 ed with the challenge of not only making a profit, but also taking in
 to account social and environmental sustainability. At the same time,
  technology is changing rapidly, making it difficult to plan exactly 
 what works in advance.<br><br>I show that in a rapidly changing, tech
 nologically driven world, organizations can innovate better and work 
 more sustainably if they combine two things well: sharing knowledge a
 nd dealing flexibly with uncertainty.<br><br>Companies that are well 
 able to keep knowledge flowing between employees and departments can 
 learn and adapt faster. In addition, a flexible way of making decisio
 ns, in which you do not predetermine everything, but rather experimen
 t with what you have, helps to better deal with uncertain situations,
  such as new technologies or market changes.<br><br>The most importan
 t conclusion is that sustainable innovation does not only depend on t
 echnology, but mainly on how people within organizations collaborate,
