Supervising PhD candidates on a daily b asis is a task that many scientists perform alongside their research and teaching activities. Every PhD candidate is different and th erefore requires its own coaching strategy. In this training course, you develop coaching skills that help your PhD candidate solve proble ms independently in a pleasant atmosphere, while at the same time foc using and communicating sufficiently so that your PhD candidate compl etes the PhD within the time allowed.

This training is for supe rvisors of PhD candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience.
