Artificial intelligence is no longer sim ply transforming how we work: it is reshaping organizations, institut ions, and societies. As AI systems increasingly influence decision-ma king, coordination, communication, and knowledge creation, the challe nge is no longer solely technological. It is profoundly human, social , and political.
Marking Reshaping Work's tenth anniversary, this specia l edition of the conference will reflect on a decade of research, dia logue, and collaboration on the future of work while looking ahead to the opportunities and challenges emerging at the intersection of AI, work, and society. Through high-level keynotes, interdisciplinary di scussions, and forward-looking debate, participants will examine how AI can be governed and deployed in ways that strengthen human capabil ities, democratic values, and societal well-being.
