X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:

Psychologists reveal
: THREE WAYS (+1) to improve your study and personal life!!!

You are ready to change (the way you study), but are not sure how
to get started.

This module is part of a series of workshops of
fered by the VU student psychological counsellors, where we focus on
themes that students regularly tell us they struggle with: procrastin
ation, stress, feeling stuck in a negative spiral and general loss of
 overview.

The aim of each module is to give you insights into
your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviours - and a set of practical
tools that you can use when you hit the books.

A series consist
s of four modules that you can follow consecutively or separately. It
is not obligatory to do all four; you sign up for a single module. T
his makes it more easily accessible and demand driven. The modules ma
y also be a nice refresher for students who previously met with a stu
dent psychological counsellor or completed a training or workshop!

In this fourth bonus module we take you on a deep dive to a long
term schedule. Long term - in this case - means: this study- or thesi
s-period. We spend time on helping you gain an overview on a very pra
ctical level. For instance if your course end withs an exam: what do
you need to do in preparation? How much time do you need for this? Th
is is about looking ahead and working your way back to today, step by
 step.

Important: if you participate in this bonus module, make
sure to prepare before you come. Look up your course guide/syllabus/
anything that gives a description of the course material relevant for
the exam/thesis (Hint: check Canvas for this). Take this information
 with you!

Other modules in the series:

<a data-item-id="
