The rise of generative AI in education raises important questions about assessment and acade mic integrity.

The so-called Two-lane approach developed by Pr ofessor Danny Liu (University of Sydney) offers a way to address thes e dilemmas. Liu distinguishes between, on the one hand, safeguarding the assessment of individual knowledge and skills, and on the other, coaching students to use AI responsibly and productively.

In th is session, we will discuss the concept of the Two-lane approach and explore how it can be applied within the specific context of your pro gramme.
