 p;of a 2-part series,&nbsp;each&nbsp;evening&nbsp;inspired&nbsp;by&nb
 sp;a different&nbsp;book&nbsp;on mindfulness.&nbsp;</p><p>We begin&nb
 sp;with&nbsp;Mindfulness in Plain English by Bhante Gunaratana. You d
 on't need to read the book to participate. Everything will be guided 
 and explained in a simple, practical way.&nbsp;</p><p>The evening&nbs
