Especially for female VU employees (sca le 11+), we offer a program that helps you steer your career and lead ership. Through academic insights, practical exercises, and exchanges with other ambitious women, you’ll work on your personal developme nt and translate your ambitions into concrete steps.

In two int eractive workshops, you’ll tackle questions such as:

How do I make my ambitions visib le?
What role do networks and unwritten rules play?

The program is led by Esther Mollema, an expert in lead ership, inclusion, and career development with extensive experience i n academia and at VU.

The workshop consists of two sessions: Tu esday, September 22 (9:00 AM–1:00 PM) and Tuesday, October 27, 2026 (1:00 PM–5:00 PM). The workshop will be conducted in Dutch. You ca n register via the Learning Management System. You excel at your job: you deliver results, take responsibility, and contribute to educatio n, research, or operations.
