 ation. You simply lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and let your
 self be guided through breathing, awareness, and visualisation.&nbsp;
 </p><p>Starting a new academic year can feel exciting, but it can als
 o mean heavy new expectations, deadlines, and uncertainty about what�
 ��s ahead. This session focuses on emotional release and creating emo
 tional openness for new experiences. Rather than trying to analyse or
  solve everything that’s on your mind, we’ll simply create some s
 pace to acknowledge what you may be carrying and gently let some of i
 t go. From there, we can turn our attention towards the new experienc
 es, opportunities, and challenges that the academic year may bring.&n
 bsp;</p><p>The session is led by a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teach
 er who is also a VU master’s student. I completed my yoga teacher t
 raining in Rishikesh, India, where I spent several months living and 
 studying in a traditional yoga environment. I’m excited to bring so
 me of that experience to the VU community, combining the traditional 
 foundations of yoga with a modern, accessible, and open approach.&nbs
 p;</p><p>Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve tried meditation befor
 e or this is completely new to you. There’s nothing you need to be 
 good at and nothing you need to prepare for. Just come as you are, ge
 t comfortable, and give yourself some time to pause, breathe, let go,
