 These are times of unrest and turmoil in the world – if you're look
 ing for a place for some rest and connection, our iftar is the place 
 to be!&nbsp;</p><p>Ramadan is the month of contemplation and introspe
 ction. Just like the previous two years, Ramadan coincides with the C
 hristian time of Lent. This period is traditionally a time that Chris
 tians fast and focus on spiritual life. This Ramadan, NEWConnective j
 oins forces with the Westerkerk and the Fatih Mosque to organise an i
 nterreligious iftar.&nbsp;</p><h3>What is this event?&nbsp;</h3><p>An
  iftar is the evening meal with which Muslims break their fast. The d
 ialogue part of this event will take place in the Westerkerk. We will
  discuss some questions together, like the meaning of fasting and you
 r sources of spirituality or meaning-making. Join us and share your t
 houghts!&nbsp;</p><p>After the dialogue, we will move to the Fatih Mo
 sque (only a 10 minute walk away) and break the fast together. We'll 
 share some delicious food – and each other's company. After eating 
 together, you can also join the evening prayer in the mosque – and 
 there's room for questions as well! Around 9, we will round off the e
 vening – and return home enriched.&nbsp;</p><p>We'd love to have yo

 on) that connects professionals, organisations and other initiatives 
 in the city to strengthen the mental health of everyone living in Ams
 terdam. Prevention and increasing resilience are central to this prog
