 hree-part workshop series, you will discover how relaxation, nutritio

 r a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of disease.</p><p>Each works
 hop focuses on one theme, but each time it also becomes clear: <em>yo
 u cannot separate them</em>. For instance, relaxation affects your ea
 ting behaviour, nutrition has an impact on your energy level and exer
 cise helps with stress regulation. It is precisely the balance and co
 herence between these pillars that determines how vital you feel.</p>
