Annual writing retre at for the PhD candidates of the School of Social Sciences
Do you need a few days of calm to make a writing sprint, finish an a rticle, or write up a proposal? Then you are warmly invited to partic ipate in the GSSS Writing Retreat 2024.
This year, the PhD writ ing retreat will be held in beautiful Driebergen in the province of U trecht, at Landgoed de Hors t. The location is easily accessible by public transport from Ams terdam and other cities.
Not only will you have two full days t o work on your own projects in a calm environment; you will also rece ive 1-1 guidance by academic writing expert Gea Dreschler (VU Academic Langu age Program). The writing retreat will start on Wednesday 23 October, 10.00, with an introductory workshop by Gea, and end on Friday 25 Oc tober, 12.00, after a short wrap-up session.
