The Open Science Community Amsterdam (OSCA) will present the ten winning projects by researchers, lecturers, students and support sta ff from across Amsterdam. The winners will pitch their projects and e xplain how they promote transparency and openness in research.
In addition, three guest speakers will address this year’s OSCAWARDS theme: “ Diversity, equality, inclusion and accessibility”. Researchers ;Thomas Gültzow (Open Univ ersity), Louise Bezuidenhout (Leiden Unive rsity) and Olga Sooudi (University of Amsterdam) will dis cuss their work in the field of diversity, equality, inclusion and ac cessibility in science, followed by a panel discussion on how the sci entific community – and the Open Science movement in particular – can enhance diversity, equality, inclusion and accessibility in scie nce.
