As an academic community, we are involved in science on a daily basis. During the Celebration of Lights, we want to shift the focus to what connects us as a community. And we do so by creating our own celebration of lights, inspired by old stories and wisdom traditions such as Hanukkah, Diwali, and Christmas. We light our candles, enjoy music, poetry and good food and especially each other’s company.
Therefor we’re hoping you will join us this year for the NEWConnective & 3D Festival of Lights in the 3D room, December 9th. Doors open at 5 pm.
The whole celebration will take an hour, but you are free to spend the rest of your evening in the 3D room if you want to.
