Every teacher faces last-minute challenges. How can we better approach our challenges and learn from each other’s creative solutions? Together, we will explore last-minute challenges we have faced in education, our solutions and our responsibilities towards our students.
We will dive into a real-world example from a course at the VU Athena Institute, where a challenge became a creative solution. In effect, we focused on students’ responsibility in education: a hands-on implementation of the VU Educational Vision. We end with some research perspectives and a take home.
During this excursion, you will:
- consider creative solutions to last-minute challenges, supported by a successful real-world example at VU;
- translate the VU Educational Vision into practical outcomes;
- gain inspiration for future educational challenges.
