Meeting students and staff with a disability or chronic condition 17 November 2025 15:30 - 16:30

Share
Students and staff with a disability and/or chronic condition often face different and usually more challenges than other students. To discuss these and other matters and to help each other along the way, there is a monthly meeting and exchange meeting in VU The Global Room.

The Vrije Universiteit (VU) offers students and staff with disabilities and chronic conditions and support through dedicated communities like Disability RendezVU for students and the Participation Service Point for employees. VU also offers a monthly social meeting for both students and staff to meet each other and talk about their needs as a person with a disability and/or a chronic condition at our university. These are accessible, social gatherings that take place in the Global Room, first floor main building VU that last for about an hour. (Though you are free to stay and hang out longer if you feel like doing so.)

Drinks and snacks are provided, you bring you and your stories.
