The death of 22-year-old Mahsa (Jina) Amini has sparked a wave of protests and protesters worldwide call out for freedom and equality for women and girls in Iran.

The Iranian community at the VU would like to invite you to reflect on these events together with them.
You are welcome to join the walk-in meeting on Monday 10 October from 12:00-14:00 in 3D on campus.

During this meeting, the death of Mahsa Amini is commemorated and there is room to talk about the events in Iran and the call for freedom and equality for women.

Tea and coffee are provided. You can stay as short or long as you want. Your support is greatly appreciated.
