A compact and powerful interdisciplinary programme

Do you want to move your environment to further develop and innovate your education? Then join the Light on Leadership in Education program! Using your own case as a starting point, you investigate which themes and questions are relevant in your context. And how you can deal with these in interaction with your environment. You get a better view of your strengths and development points as a (future) leader of your team or educational development.

In five meetings over three months, you will grow in your personal and professional leadership through inspiration and exchange with experts and peers.

3 pillars:

  • Inspiration and insights in leadership from scientific perspectives
  • Exchange with professors and colleagues at the VU Amsterdam
  • Reflection and growth

For whom?
Teachers (at VU Amsterdam or another Dutch university) who want to initiate educational development, create movement in their own context and gain better insight into next steps in their own leadership development.

The result?

  • A clearer picture of effective leadership in your own professional context;
  • A better understanding of the context in which educational leaders at the VU Amsterdam operate;
  • A clearer idea about how to motivate your team in connected leadership to take steps towards better education!
