Neuroscience has become a truly integrative discipline, from single molecules to the systems level and beyond, encompassing normal human brain function as well as the biological mechanisms underlying brain diseases. The aim of the minor Neurosciences is to offer students in-depth knowledge of Neuroscience. Students will gain insight into modern experimental cell biology during the first two courses (Experimental Cell Biology I and II) and focus on mechanisms of brain function in health and disease in the three Neuroscience courses.
The Minor Neurosciences is tailored to highly motivated students that plan to pursue a career in Neuroscience. This track is recommended for students who plan to enroll in the Master Neuroscience.
