iBBA - institute for research on brain, body and behaviour

Institute Brain and Behaviour Amsterdam

iBBA is a breeding ground for researchers and students to promote and stimulate research into the interplay between the brain, body and behaviour. iBBA supports you if you want to create business opportunities with your academic knowledge.

After Health Sciences moved into Building MF in April 2022, all departments in the field of "Brain, Body & Behaviour" are together at the same location. This allows researchers and students to collaborate more intensively in the study of the interplay between the brain, body and behaviour, giving the research an extra push. Inside the building, there is one zoomed-in body part visible on the walls of each floor. Each body part symbolizes the rich diversity of facts and data that is being researched by the students in this building. Zoomed out, the body parts form a complete human being: the bigger picture that research is about ultimately.

iBBA contributes to the stimulation of research and helps students to create business opportunities.
