How to work with manuscripts and early printed books during a course

Work with early printed books or manuscripts during a course? That’s possible. We gladly welcome teachers and students in our Library Lab for education with heritage materials. If required, the curator can contribute ideas about the books that are relevant for the course. A part of the demonstration can also be provided by the Library.

Thesis topics
The early printed books and manuscripts can also be used by students in case of assignments or when they write their student thesis. They can reserve the materials via LibSearch and consult them in the Special Collections reading room. The Library would like to help finding thesis topics based on the heritage collections.

Web expos
The Library invites teachers to act as guest curators. Let your students compile a web exhibition instead of writing a paper. In this way they can show their knowledge in an original way.
