Good employership has been adopted as an objective in the Strategic Plan 2011-2015. In order to determine whether this objective is achieved, an employment satisfaction survey is held once every three years. The survey focuses on a number of central themes: work contents, employment relationships, terms and conditions of employment, working conditions, and work perception. It allows us to follow developments over time. The current Strategic Plan includes an objective to achieve a score of 3.8 out of 5 on the item job satisfaction. In 2012, a baseline measurement was done and a score of 4.0 was obtained.
