If you want to request a Declaration of Registration, a proof of payment (Bewijs Betaald Collegegeld: BBC), a graduation statement or a certified list of grades, please also use the forms which you can find on the before-mentioned pages on VUnet.

Please have your student number ready. The university does not provide information about adult students to third parties. If students by (urgent) unforeseen circumstances cannot communicate themselves, the university requires a written proof of this. It is at the discretion of the university (and depending on the situation) how to proceed.

|diploma verification requests from students who have graduated before 1 January 1996 will be handled by the VU Student Desk. Requesting such a verification can only be made by the student himself with a consentform. The verification will be sent to the verification office with the student in the cc. For other verification requests we refer students to the Diploma register of DUO.
